Performance Season
One Accord’s regular season takes place from September to May. Over the course of the year we perform in various concerts, including:
- Winter and spring concerts
- Carolfest at Knox United Church
- Collaborative concert – All is Calm at Grace Presbyterian Church
Throughout the year, One Accord also participates in workshops where guest clinicians give us new insight on our repertoire and help us improve our choral sound.
Past Events
Since our inception, One Accord has had the privilege of performing in various concerts and choral festivals across Canada.
In the summer of 2014 we travelled to Ottawa to participate in the Unisong National Choral Festival.
During the festival, we performed at two churches and in the Rotunda of Parliament. We also performed in a mass chorus with the National Arts Centre Orchestra on July 1 to celebrate Canada Day.
In April 2015, One Accord performed at “The Earth Adorned” concert in Edmonton with Concordia Community Chorus.

In July 2016, we travelled to Powell River, B.C. to participate in The International Choral Kathaumixw.
At this five-day choral festival, we performed two solo concerts and joined in on the Thousand-Voice Choir event at the Gala finale concert.
